First off, I'm a fanatic about researching products before purchasing and definitely diligent in investigating a business before I enter into a contractual agreement. In other words, I do my homework. I did reach out to several other insulation companies but settled on Broward Ins & A/C to do the job. The quote was competitive, and Jeremiah responded to my inquiries right away. I was equally pleased with the team that came out to spray our home. We have a teeny attic filled with trusses and duct work so it was not easy for them to maneuver around up there, but in spite of this they got the spray where we needed it, even the tightest of spaces. They were really nice guys too! The entire process was painless so I can't help but recommend this company. ~ Honey B

I ask 5 quotes from différents attic specialists in removal of old insulation and spray foam of new one 1) Best price 2) Time frame respected 3) You deal with the President himself, and you can feel his honesty 4) You call or text him, and you receive response in a few minutes 5) very good job It took two days to do the job, and when the President came to inspect the quality of the work done, he was not totally happy with the removal of the old insulation, and he refused to take the final paiement ( I had the check in my hand for him ), and told me he will send again an employee with all the machinery to complete the job perfectly, and that was done the next day ~ René B

Very Honest crew, did not get the pleasure to meet the owners in person, but can tell alot about them by the crew that came over my house. Charlie and Ian did an amazing job. I did get a chance to talk to Pauline by phone and i must say her dispatching skills are awesome and seems based very much on clients need. She gave me a reminder call the day prior and crew called when on the way. They arrived on time which is not common at all with companies based out off south Florida. Great prices, even took upon my neighboors attic on short noticed. Awesome overall experience. This is one of the best companies we have used since beginning our renovations. They showed up on time and did an amazing job w our insulation needs in our attic. Fabian & Vincent were professional and explained every step of the process. They showed care & respect for our home and our pets!! They were careful to not let our animals escape. The after instructions were clear and thorough. They were meticulous with cleaning any small pieces of insulation from our floor- garage and even our driveway. I recently bought my house, and it had ZERO insulation in the attic. Whatever the temperature was outside, same inside. I found Broward Insulation on FPL's rebate website. I called and made a Saturday appointment. Jeremiah was on time and did a great job!! The results were immediate - over 90 degrees outside and 75 inside. I had to raise the thermostat as I started getting cold! He'll be returning after my addition is complete to clean the ducts. They probably have NEVER been cleaned in 70 years. Broward Insulation recently replaced the old insulation in my attic with new R38 insulation along with sanitization in between. I am very happy with the work that they performed. They stuck to the overall schedule proposed at the start of the project and most importantly were very honest. Jeremiah the owner came out for the initial inspection and pointed out a section of the whose that could not be considered due to access limitations thereby discounting the original, over the phone quote (which other companies did not even mention). Removal of the old and blowing of the new insulation was done by Fabian with help from Jasmine. They were very professional and meticulous in the work that they performed as I personally saw when they kindly asked me to check it after each step. They were kind too. I did not get his name but the sanitization person also did a good job. In summary, I highly recommend this company and its crew for any kind of house insulation work. ~ ali k

Got an estimate from Charlie to insulate our duplex - set up an appointment and they arrived on time and ready to go. Job was quickly completed; Charlie and team were professional and clean - covering clothes in the closet where our attic access is with plastic to avoid any mess and sweeping up any fallen pieces of insulation. Though they are not on the list provided by FPL, they do accept the insulation vouchers so that is a plus. Our house is now cool and comfortable - would recommend to anyone looking to have insulation work done. ~ Jennifer B

Broward Insulation did a fantastic job! We wanted to have fresh attic insulation in our new home. Jeremiah and his team did a great job with removal of the old insulation( 2 fossil rats were found). They put in a insulation mixture with boric acid to deter any pests, bugs termites. The process only took about 7 hours. The team was professional and pleasant. Broward Insulation did an amazing job of removing our Batt and Blown insulation and installing Open Cell Spray Foam. The staff was professional and friendly, and the cost was affordable. Our interior home humidity has decreased significantly!!! There was no off gassing and we were able to stay in our home during the process.
